Irish Open 2024 in Betsson Poker – Terms and Conditions:
- Players must be 18 years of age or of applicable legal age in the jurisdiction of residence (whichever the greater) to participate in this promotion and have a valid registered Betsson player account.
- Players who have been informed that they are excluded from promotional offers will not be eligible for any payout.
- Promotional Period: 8th January – 10th March 2024.Full Tournament schedule will be listed in the Poker Client Lobby.
- Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Irish Open 2024 Qualifiers-related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress.
- After the Promotion ends the tickets will be linked to all tournaments with the corresponding buy-in until they expire 2 months after having been issued.
- If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Betsson will return the buy-in or the tickets to each player.
- Players will be able to register for the next available event. no additional compensation will be granted if the event is cancelled or interrupted.
- Tickets won or issued are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Packages and seats are non-transferrable for cash i.e., there are strictly no cash alternatives. You must play or forfeit the seat.
- Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
- Packages and seats won through this promotion are for the destination tournament: “Event 11: Irish Open €1,150 Main Event – €1,000,000 GTD Day 1/B” on 28th March 2024 at the Royal Dublin Society in Dublin, Ireland.If a player wins multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events (“Event 11: Irish Open €1,150 Main Event – €1,000,000 GTD Day 1/X”). However, players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Event 11: Irish Open €1,150 Main Event – €1,000,000 GTD Final” on 1st April 2024, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.
- Travel and accommodation expense money (€1,100) will be credited to each winner’s Betsson player account within 72 hours of the win.
- Winners of packages and seats will be contacted via email within 72 hours of winning.
- It is each player’s responsibility to check they have opted-in to receive email confirmation from Betsson.
- By playing the Irish Open 2024 tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin (The Repulic of Ireland), to participate at the Irish Open 2024 event. This includes all documents required for travel to the destination.It is the individual winners’ responsibility to organise their travel to the events, to ensure that all travel documents are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.
- Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.All seats for the Irish Open 2024 won need to be used in one of the “Irish Open 2024 Main Event Day 1” tournaments between 31st January 2024 and 3rd February 2024 in Dublin.
